Inspired by the famous flavor of the barbecue from Santa Maria our seasoning is hand blended from smoked oak flake salt, black pepper and garlic. It goes well with any kind of meat, but is especially good on beef. use it on vegetables for a savory, smoky flavor with a bit of a bite.
