This Balsamic Vinegar is produced from organically grown grapes. No artificial or chemical fertilizers are used in their production It is produced in the Modena District in central Italy and has a wonderful, mellow, sweet and sour essence, with a delicately balanced, fruity and full-flavored finish. This balsamic is very different in taste and thickness to our original traditional. It is much lighter, thinner, less sweet and more tart. Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in the traditional Solera Method and comes from Modena, Italy. Available in petite 60 ml, small 200ml, medium 375ml, & large 750ml.
